Positive. I just had a great battle vs Sigmuto. Even though she lost she seemed pretty good.

As Simguto has not exactly met the tiering requirements, his application cannot proceed. Simguto's screenshot shows his rank at being 1529, but as quoted from the application procedure, the requirement for Ubers players on PO is
