R: One, but I have been long broken off form it

4 ) Why do you want to join Dragon Masters?
R: I have come here, because I have reformed. I first want to apologize for my actions on PO, with posting sets that were not mine. That was a stupid thing to do, and I haves learned my lesson from that. I also will improve my actions in battle, no matter what happens, and will not overreact due to bad luck, due to the chance that I will damage the name of this most honored clan. I have learned form my mistakes in terms of team stealing, and a while ago, I reformed with bossness.

5 ) What is your playing level (Rookie, Intermediate, Expert, Veteran)? You can also show ladder prints.
R: Expert With my luck, the poke bank ladder shuts off on me, as i was about to make the proper reqs with a 20-4 win loss record, with a 84 deviation, but the good thing is that the very next day, I achieved a 3031 ranking with 98 deviation on the OU ladder.

I will vote positive, as he has always been a nice guy to me and I feel that everyone deserves a second chance. He does seem to have reformed, too.

yes but Moonbase had already got the Requirements before, and if it weren't for the ladder reset ,Moonbase would have got his deviation below 80, on top of that he is Rank 1 in OU with a major diffrence with the ones below

He's a nice guy and a decent battler. I don't think I was around when he had his last application, but I certainly haven't seen much unruly behavior or anything from him that would prevent him from getting in.

He's nice from my few interactions with him and usually (if not always) shows a good knowledge of the competitive metagame, not limited to only OverUsed.
