R: Blue Jay was the first person to show me to the forum, but Anikrahman was the first person to prompt me to make an account.

2 ) What are your nicknames or aliases?
R: Steeljackal, Steelskitty, Steel(Parentheses), basically anything that starts with "Steel".

3 ) Have you been in a clan before? If yes, which one?
R: No.

4 ) Why do you want to join Dragon Masters?
R: Several of my friends are in this clan, so it would be nice to be closer to them. Also, I feel like I could learn a lot and hone my battling skills by getting to know the many experienced players in this clan.

5 ) What is your playing level (Rookie, Intermediate, Expert, Veteran)? You can also show ladder prints.
R: I would say that I'm an Intermediate player. I consider myself to be at least decently good, but I can still improve.

6 ) When did you started playing Pokémon?
R: 2007, but I only picked up Competitive last April.

7 ) Do you have any tournament or cup titles?
R: None as of yet.

8 ) What is your favorite Pokémon?
R: Latios!

R: It's a tie between Serebii and Smogon. Smogon for the analyses and forums, Serebii for the information and PoTWs

I must say I enjoyed seeing you attempt to explain to Leon why you are weak to Lando-T + Ghostceus when your team's latios could nuke the crap out of Landorus-T in the first place.

Neither your character nor skills really makes the cut for this place.

I have no beef with you Steeljackal, but based on those comments directed towards a clan administrator, I will vote negative.

I am a regular on Pokemon Showdown's main server in the Ubers room under numerous alts where I'm usually testing teams and such or conversing with fellow members of DM or school friends in PM. In other words, I'm a spectator of the Ubers room.

I've seen you participate actively in the conversations within this room and unfortunately, I haven't been too impressed so far with the level of conversation, nor the amount of respect you have directed at newer players or other experienced players expressing their views on certain strategies, pokemons, etc.

What I'm talking about is the often condescending tone you use when someone (often a less experienced player) suggests an idea which is not the same or supporting your own. You promptly start to 'bash' on this player from what I have seen, usually flaunting your experience or whatever. I hope I'm not the only one who has witnessed this, but I can assure you, this happens in the Ubers room.

Like I said, I'm a spectator, and hence I haven't felt your derisive comments at first hand, but what I am getting to is that Dragon Masters, the best competitive Pokemon clan CAN NOT afford to accept applicants with attitudes like yours. We, as a clan have a reputation to uphold and it would be miserably tarnished especially when you have the title of 'DracoMaster' because of your terrible sportsmanship and general online presence, as proven by Imma Fly.

As for your skill in battling, it is mediocre as demonstrated in the screenshot and hence, I see no need to grant exceptions especially considering your behaviour.

I would be more than willing to change my vote if I see an improvement in behaviour, although this does not translate to merely 'sucking up' to DM members, rather, carrying out quality conversation without the need to make your opponent or other players feel like shit.

While I won't deny that my attitude could use some work, I must say that those replays were fairly old and that I have improved greatly since then. I was unaware that GREAT STUNFISK was Sweep, and truthfully I don't know why I acted the way I did around him. I considered the stunfisk team to be gimmicky I guess, and was upset at losing to it. In my second match versus you, Fly, I was testing a (fairly horrible) team, and a few (a lot of) overpredictions cost me the match. If you want, maybe we could battle again so I could change your mind?

But yeah, I'm sorry I acted that way in the past, but I think I'm a better player now. I'll try to be nicer in the future

Until you see the point I (and Steel Scizor) are trying to make, my vote remains unchanged.

I will vote negative, for the reasons the users above have stated. I hope you do improve your attitude before attempting to join our clan again, Steeljackal.
